This will depend on your residence in the UK. When will you be in the UK, also what would your residence be?

I would be in the UK by September 26 once i get a student loan. My residence would be the student dorms

If you do not have settled status in the UK before the course starts and 3 years residency, you will not be able to apply for funding.
