Different? What do you mean? I'm full on srs on the Maths forums and full on banter on the chat forums.
Same, I always have trouble saying no because I feel bad/guilty afterwards

We Brits engineered that so foreigners could afford to come on holiday here. When you come to visit remember to bring my *2,000 rupees. 😎

For most part, I have difficulty saying no if someone asks me for favour. This leads to lots of pressure and I am left with tedious works of others. If I say no I feel like I am being rude. How to refuse doing work for someone else politely? How can I help myself in this situation?

I can help you. Will you send me nudes of yourself? Haha problem solved! :u:

Once I told my friend that I don't have time to help her with her work and she got so mad at me that she stopped talking to me. I am afraid from that time. I feel like I will lose friends.

It's probably because you established yourself as someone who always says yes. Only say yes to important requests, things that can not legitimately be done alone or by the person asking. Simple as that.

This is the issue. You had a bad experience which has left you in fear that if you do the same thing again (say no) someone will get angry and stop talking to you. Trust me though the more you worry and do things for people out of fear the more these people will try to use you.

I remember a "friend" in my teenage years who would do just this and it led to a situation where they would stop talking and get angry when I refused to buy things for them; vile individual.

It'll come in time; as you have more exposure to the world/work etc you'll naturally learn where to put limits. For now just work on getting over the past experience and know its better not to have these kinds of people in your life. If that "friend" comes crawling back tell her to get stuffed and know she's the one missing out.
