What are the most common reasons for people getting rejected from Spring weeks?

Like, what are the main reasons why they don't manage to secure a spring week? Is it mainly to do with extracurricular activities or the interview/AC or enough experience?

tests, grammar/spelling mistakes, poorly worded competency question answers, grades, just being unfortunate etc..
