Going to use 5/3/1 for squats, but I'm going to do it twice a week and not do the deload since I will be doing a deload on Wednesday. The 155 x 8 set was quite hard, actually. Rack was quite squint, too.
Bench press:
107.5 x 2 90 x 8/8
107.5 was hard. Maybe I'm pausing too long. Maybe not.
Didn't have any chins in me so did some foam rolling then went home.
Okay. Knee probably maybe coming back a little bit; perhaps form getting sloppy at the bottom with knees maybe coming forwards and inwards. I don't know for sure, but it's something to look out for.
Bench press:
97.5 x 5/5/5/5/5
Quite hard.
Deadlifts:
185 x 5
Quite hard again. Deficits clearly haven't done much for me, so I'm probably going to remove them from my training roster forever.
Just not feeling up to it, it seems. It's not been all bad, and I mustn't dwell too much on the bad when there is still some good, like the benching for example.
