How long is a piece of string? Some won't be challenged at all and others will regret taking the course while a fair few will be nicely in between those extremes.
But seriously as Dean said above, it depends on your ability. Just try hard and keep up with the work, your no doubt at UCL because you got top grades so your capable.
Just do your worksheets as they come, dont fall too far behind, revise properly and you'll get a good mark. They let you on the course so you must have the potential (either that or lots of money).
Funny you bring this up though. I went to the Maths open day a couple of years back and they kept emphasising how hard it was. Maths seemed easier at Warwick, glad I ended up there
I have started my degree (currently on induction week) I want to know how hard is the degree because in all the handouts and information they have given us so far its keeps saying very hard. So i was just wondering how hard.
Is it possible to get a first or not?
Opinions from current students at UCL please
I am doing maths with economics
Sadly, the set of all people who got a first at UCL for maths is the empty set.
I doubt you will do any maths in a maths with economics degree.
