Hi, this is kind of work for my psychology a level, but I thought it would by better to get a larger sample.
So if you're willing I would like to know:
-age.
-gender.
-hours of sleep per night (on average).

I'll get us started:

17, male, 7.5 hours.

Also if you want to just discuss sleep in general, feel free.

Depends if i have cw due the day after..
if so then it's usually 3/4
otherwise it's around 8

How much sleep I get depends on:

- The time I go to bed;
- How long it takes me to go to sleep once I'm in bed;
- How many times I wake up to take a piss during the night;
- What time I wake up.

Impossible to give a definite answer, sorry.
