I'm going to the COOP in ten minutes to buy dinner. Ideas?

So I'm off out to buy something for dinner. The cupboards in my house are empty and I need something to tide me over and avoid scurvy.

What deliciousness awaits me at the local Coperative?

Do any of you lovely people have any ideas about what to get? I'm in a cooking mood. If you guys don't have any hints then I guess I could always go with the frozen pizza? :smile:

There is not Tesco in my town. I'm back by the way. I've combined rice, chicken and a korma sauce. So is that a korma then? I've no idea. It's bloody nice though.
