Writing a good conclusion for a uni essay

What is the best way to write a conclusion for uni history essay? What should I be sure to mention, other than my own opinions?

Well you have to weigh up both sides of the argument to come to one conclusive answer.
It isn't generally wise to add your own opinion I would imagine, because you'd be using Historiography to balance and check both sides of the argument.

Well throughout your essay you should be weighing up the different arguments and giving your views. The conclusion is simply bringing it all together and coming to a final answer to the question set.
