You have a seriously warped view of reality. Vegetarianism is not anorexia!!! I'll give you a link that will explain the difference if you want.

Agree again. I'm kind of a chubby veggie. None of the vegetarians I know have anorexia or are even ridiculously thin. Of course there are going to be exceptions, but i'm sure there are a lot of meat eaters who are/have been anorexic. I don't even see how being a vegetarian can be classed as the same.

Besides, if i wasn't a vegetarian i'd probably be obese right now; i love food and living off mountains of veggie soup isn't too shabby :P

lol

The inefficiency of meat production is staggering. Obtaining high protein foods would clearly be of high priority, but i would definitely be in favour of having the whole world vegetarian purely due to the amount of people you could feed in such a situation.

There would probably be a correlation between vegetarianism and anorexia, but no a causative one (i.e. anorexics become vegetarian not vice versa). Almost half of anorexics are red meat-eaters.

So you seriously think people should not be vegetarian in order to stop the world-threatening problem of farting?

I didn't say it was anorexia, I said it is potentially one step from BEING anorexia.

It's not an eating disorder.. No more than Jews have an eating disorder. Or people that don't like brussell sprouts and refuse to eat them have an eating disorder.

Each to their own Nick Griffin, you decide what you eat, let others decide what they'll eat. Unless their killing themselves with unhealthiness, stop shoving your nose in their business.

And personally, I like meat

Mmmm.... sprouts! Who doesn't like sprouts? :hmmm:

And that is totally incorrect.

As a Carnivore, I don't appreciate being told by a Vegitarian that i'm fat, unhealthy looking and probably in terrible physical condition.

Oh hai Nick griffin! :ahee:
How about this: most veggies eat dairy and eggs. For every cow producing milk, there was some poor ickle bullock who got shot. For every happy little hen sitting in a cage there was a chick who got his head hacked off with a cleaver and chucked in a bin shortly after hatching. Ethically, there's no difference between a vegetarian and a person who only eats a small amount of meat. If you're genuinely vegan then unless you're very careful you'll probably end up malnourished and in any case food will probably end up taking over your life- not all that far from an eating disorder.

Which is your opinion, and I don't care. Good day

... and vegetarians are "cranks" too, apparently. You can hear these remarks on the latest piece of audio on Simon Darby's blog.

As a vegetarian, I don't appreciate being told - by a fat, unhealthy looking person who is probably in terrible physical condition - that I have an eating disorder! I happen to be in good physical health and fitness, and my choice of food doesn't dominate my life as is the case in real eating disorders.

Post this on stormfront as well?
No offence, but Mr. Griffin ain't the best example of healthy living.

(actually, I hope I did offend).

Which is fact. Vegetarianism has no emphasis on figure at all. What do you say to studies into anorexia that show almost half eat red meat? Or to how many perfectly healthy vegetarians there are in comparison to cases of eating disorders?

The notion that anorexia has anything to do with eating of meat specifically is ridiculous - surely you can see that?

No its just fact you moron. One is a moral choice and one is a mental disorder.

Actually with the bullock thing they used to be kept for veal. But because of supermarkets underpaying dairy farmers, price fixing with milk and taking out other businesses that might pay reasonable prices it meant it is no longer cost effective. You want better quality of life for the animals then don't use supermarkets.

I don't.. I have an eating disorder, I literally cannot eat them. They make me feel ill, I don't think it's possible to get over my disliking for sprouts!

However, my eating disorder does mean I like chicken.

Veal is tasty:smile: . I agree about the whole supermarket/intensification of farming thing/price fixing thing though. For one thing, we could have more breeds that would produce moderate yields of milk and meat, rather than highly specialised meat and dairy cows... That's another debate though...
