OCR Physics A (G481 -Mechanics ) Unit Revision

I've gt my first unit exam for AS physics on jan 13th, on the G481 Mechanics Unit, i don't know what to revise, as in isit a good idea to follow the specification, and answer the questions that say "Canditates should be able to " .... I'm thinking to start revision from tommrow and ive gt a general grasp of most concepts, i just need to remember it fully. and apply the knowledge. Any good revision sources ?? and im predicted a C, you reckon i could get it if i start revising tommorow with a month and a couple of days left ?

make sure you have good notes for every point on the specification, and do all the past papers, including the ones from the old spec!
this is what i did and it got me a clean 90/90
also, know how to resolve forces properly!
