Can tiredness have an effect on the eye sight test?

Hey all,

I have an eyesight test at 9:30am on Thursday, so I have to get up at 8:30am, but I also realized that I'm going out Wednesday night and won't be in bed till about 3am... will sleeping 5 hours and drinking affect the results? I mean I know I'll be more tired than if I sleep a full 8 hours but does tiredness affect the prescription you end up getting or can you still read exactly the same but just feeling tired?
Then again, I don't often get more than 5 hours of sleep anyway so for me that's a "natural" state...? I don't want to get the wrong prescription (first time I need glasses), should I just reschedule?

Thanks!
Yes, if you're not fully awake or are sleep deprived your vision can be blurry or at least more blurry than usual.

Well, I managed to solve this dilemma by falling ill yesterday and I don't feel all that well today either so I won't be going out. Thanks for the help though!
