When we goin?

Anyone have any idea wen we start? the anticpation is killin me! the website states that the year starts on Sept 21st and lessons start on the 26th. Also we can pick up our accomidation keys on the 17th. So wens everyone goin up......?

The earliest you can go is September 17th 2005.

Most get there during the first weekend (17th - 18th). However, there is no rule that you have to get there then, but it is aways best to since it is easier to make new friends and find out what is what. :smile:

So what's the deal with orientation? I took a gap year and QM sent me details last year for entry in September 2004, so I'm not all that up to date with all that's going on. What happens between the 21st and 23rd then?

This is the period when you sign up to clubs, party and make friends, etc - Freshers week. :wink:

Orientation is something a little different to freshers - it's run just for overseas students to help them with all the beauracracy that comes with studying in a foriegn country. It's usually the week before Freshers.
