Designing a network plan - advice

Hi all, nee some advice on how to lay out a network for criteria in BTEC, here is the question.

I got one criteria left for this unit, its a Merit and the teacher said I need to set up some ip addresses, any advice on how to set this out would be very appreciated mate (like setting out an appropriate addressing scheme) \

A manufacturing business includes the following departments totalling over 300 clients:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Research and Development
• Manufacturing
• Accounts
• Human Resources
• Management

They need a Web server, an Internet connection, an Internal e-mail service, DNS and DHCP.

Design a network plan to achieve this including an appropriate addressing scheme
