Who actually likes fake boobs?

If by fake you mean they've been surgically enhanced to be perfectly symmetrical, technically proportional to the body frame and withstanding gravity whilst maintaining a supple feel then yes, I do many top models and actresses have them done but they're such fine details they don't look fake at all.

If by fake you mean that cheap, almost circus-freak material, pornstar, basketballs on a chest crap then no, they look hideous.

Lol there is no pair of fake breasts (or natural breasts) that have all those qualities at once.
