American here who is thinking of moving to the UK. Does anyone know of some good cities where there is a large (electronic) music and art scene. I would also like to know of any Uni's with a good graphic design or music production program too.
A friend recommended lincoln; however I heard the city sucks. Any suggestions would be great.

LONDON obviously is the city of art in Europe
a few uni for graphic design
UAL (4 different colleges offer graphic design)
Glasgow
edinborough
falmouth
nottingham trent
leeds
manchester met
