i was stalking your YouTube channel and i realise you lock your knees out really early on the deadlift compared to me..... or is that how your supposed to deadlift?

Its the complete opposite of how youre supposed to deadlift lol. I just have horrendous form.

Lol i just see it as a thursting kinda motion helps for me :d, but then again i have good flexibility.

Nice squats though :biggrin:, my squat is leaps behind my deadlift

i was watching your vid and my mate was like '**** he doesn't even look big and his quite strong'

I can't believe 'the gym' you go to has a squat rack the one in bham is full of cardio machines

I get that a lot though, when people see me with my barbells loaded theyre probably thinking wtf is he doing hes going to hurt himself.

i get the same lool and i'm not even doing good numbers, especially at the gym i train at it's full of bro's and black guys.

lol on your 180 fail i got shook when you let go of the barbell, you were doing like a superman pose lol talk about flexing it out

That 180 looked nasty but I must admit, I lol'd. You'll get it soon I reckon considering you got 177.5.

My dead is 180kg :frown: I long for the day my squat is that high
Jelly by all the tsr workouts happening in and around london.
I think U4M1R missed a 175 squat. Jason got 180 but only because I told him to skip 175. His cardio isn't good enough to do more sets. Seriously, his conditioning might even be worse than mine. Which is bad. He got a 2 plate bench without destroying his shoulder, which I'll claim as a victory for powerlifting technique.

Blind Monk once told me the owner of his gym doesnt like it too crowded, redbuthotter wanted a good gym to train at for the short time he was in london and blind monk trains there anyway.

Dont worry brah, we should have a big tsr london gym session. Bring summersofas and twinkles along too.
