Its the complete opposite of how youre supposed to deadlift lol. I just have horrendous form.
I think U4M1R missed a 175 squat. Jason got 180 but only because I told him to skip 175. His cardio isn't good enough to do more sets. Seriously, his conditioning might even be worse than mine. Which is bad. He got a 2 plate bench without destroying his shoulder, which I'll claim as a victory for powerlifting technique.
Blind Monk once told me the owner of his gym doesnt like it too crowded, redbuthotter wanted a good gym to train at for the short time he was in london and blind monk trains there anyway.

bar x 5 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 2 130kg x 1 140kg x 1 142.5kg x 1 147.5kg x fail - there is a video somehwere. I was soooo close, I would probably have had it if I hadnt squatted beforehand. Will have 150kg very soon no doubt.
