    110kg x 5

    145kg x 3
    165kg x 3
    185kg x 10 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UNIuLFvG24

    18" inch Deadlift

    130kg x 3
    150kg x 3
    180kg x 3
    230kg x 2
    250kg x 1!!

    MOAR Deadlift

    110kg x 10
    90kg x 10
    90kg x 10
    90kg x 10
    90kg x 10

After this, I had 90kg on the bar so I thought I might aswell try to press it,

    Clean + STRICT press
90kg x 1 (easy) - Was surprised at how easy this was. I was probably good for 100.

    Squats

    Bar x 8
    70kg x 5
    90kg x 5
    110kg x 5
130kg x 9 - Really happy with this, massive improvement on last week's 125 x 7. Form was good, and all reps were deep. And I felt it hard in my hamstrings afterwards so I must've been doing something right - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJTSVMwkBBE

    More Squats

    75kg x 10
    75kg x 10
    75kg x 10
    75kg x 10
    75kg x 10

    Power Cleans

    70kg x 3
    70kg x 3
    90kg x 3
    90kg x 3
    100kg x 1
    100kg x 1
    100kg x 1

    Lots of ab work

I've got a list of things to say about that video:

    1) Yeah you probably had one more

    2) Your form looks much better than it used to

    3) Do you consciously drive your hips forward when you ascend? It doesn't look like you do

    4) LOLLLLLLLLLL at everyone knowing you post it on thestudentroom "why does he go on that?"

Funny you ask this, today was one of those days when I randomly chose t bar over bent over rows. Normally I do bent over rows. I can feel it on my lats more from t bars but barbell rows are more fun.

i've never seen anyone use T bar at my gym, looks like an exercise where you use a lot of weight though. how much do you t bar row compared to barbell row?
