Current affairs
I've beeen falling off the boil recently with law current affairs. The only major areas of conflict I know of are:
Juries in fraud trials
Deportation on demand
Terror vs Human rights (yey for rejecting 90 days
)
Problems withg pay for criminal barristers, now sure if thats just about pro bono work or with the criminal bar over all, just that their waiting on the Carter rport thing
What interesting devleopments have their been in these areas if any and have any new debates arrisen. Sorry, know it sounds silly, just want to keep up with whats happening in the legal world and keep forgetting to buy the Law Times, cant access the Law Times archive on the website either.
