It is very difficult right now but imagine what it was like at the peak of the recession in 2008/2009, it was ten times as bad as it is now. I understand your frustration, so much so that I'm signing myself off the Jobcentre today because I never got any help, regardless of the amount of times I've asked for help. Of course, I will continue to look for work.
