Anyone else want to study Music and History joint honours?

This is my ideal degree - combining a subject i'm good at and would make me feel secure in my choice (history) with the subject i really love, but am not 100% whether I should take. The problem is that I can't find many universities at all that do the course. The ones I have found aren't as good as the ones I'd apply for if applying for straight history, nor are they amazing for music...
Any suggestions?
Thanks for reading!
Would you consider a course that focused a lot on the history of music? Or would that be too specialised for you?

If you're looking for places that offer the joint course, go to UCAS Course Search and go through the results for Music (or for History). It sounds to me like you're not fully sure you actually want to study both, though: what is it about Music that you're uncertain about? Are you sure you're enthusiastic enough about History to study it in depth for several years? Take a look at the course content to see if you'd be doing stuff that sounds good rather than just basing it on the university name.

Well that's what I'm most interested in about music... it's just that i don't intend to be a performer i don't think, and i'm not so great at the aural skills, which is why i worry about taking it.

I'm sure i want to study music, but i feel like i should take history - i'm good at it, interested and could go to a good uni for it (so i'm told)... it's a case of what i have a real passion for versus what i'm best at... which is why a combination would be ideal.

There are courses that you could easily tailor to your interests. Oxford's course, for example, would suit you, and indeed any course where you don't have to do performance and there's a good music history content.

If you're interested, just look at the course content pages of some of the top Music departments and see whether it interests you at all
