Merrill Lynch internship

Has anyone been to a Merrill Lynch assessment centre? Ive got one on Friday for Research and was hoping someone could give some more detail as to what it is likely to entail as they have been rather vague. They have just said there will be a mixture of individual and group exercises. It lasts from 830-6 so will probably be quite demanding. Also, what do people consider as being the key attributes which distinguishes Merrill Lynch from the other top IBs?
