Looks quite good - wish it was residential!

Hey Natalie, it's been a while

How are things?

I was just wondering, do you feel slightly concerned that we have less time to study 5/2 the amount of work as in the last module for biology?

My teacher is useless and we're self teaching a lot of stuff :frown:

Wow, good luck. You will murder you self, but unit 1 is quite straight forward. I would get a tutor if i was you or get extra class in school.:s-smilie:

Well I'll attend AS and A2 lessons simuntaneously, but the city library is open to six so I essentially can give myself an extra lesson every day.

Very nice

Wow, physics a-level in one year

I suppose it's not that bad for someone who enjoys science. I would run a country mile if all med schools suddenly asked people to don fast track Photography A Level.

Is this a good thing?

I love Physics! Should have taken it this year Yuit I was so put off from GCSE I didn't really consider it.

Yes there seems like a lot left to learn!!

Where abouts are you atm?

Externally Marked Practical Assessment, I think

I'm not so bad thanks you

There does seem to be a lot to learn!

In biology we're on food spoilage with one teacher and just finished proteins today with my other teacher!

Where are you in biology and chemistry?

Thats right!

Now to study Chemistry for an hour before bed :work:

Good good

We are on the third level of immune defence with one teacher (so quite far ahead of you on that side :P).

And we're on nucleotides/DNA structure with the other teacher

For chemistry with one teacher we're on Alkenes and with the other just finished Hess's Law and bond enthalpies.

Wbu?

Part I of our EMPA: I got 4/8 and that was the highest in the class :lolwut: but they mark down for silly things like it must be 'the reliability of the mean' than just 'reliability of the test'

You are far ahead in both subjects, damn you! :colone:

I'm on alkenes though, so at least we're level pegging on that one!

Same.

The mark schemes are so annoying for the ISAs :nothing:
Everytime my dad puts the Xbox on, I get Skyrim withdrawal, but as soon as I get home from college all I can seem to be bothered to do is put HIMYM on and mope over the fact that I am never going to marry Ted Mosby. Sigh. :emog:

I lost a mark on one of mine for putting 1.00 not 1.000.

looking at the qmul website, it says that it's a widening initiative, they want kids who come from backgrounds where the family aren't graduates, or they live in disadvantaged areas.

Hm my one was different.

AQA Physics ISA is a bitch. The experiments are piss easy but the paper is hard... and weird to say the least.

I got an A/B but I don't even know how. I'm considering it a U since I completely fluked it and deserved one.

Yeah! Compared to Chemistry (I do Edexcel) ISAs Physics' is so hard!

What other section are you on in chem?

It probably depends on how many lessons per each teacher you have compared to us :P
