Just wondering if anyone who has attended the Irwin Mitchell assessment Centre has any advice on how best to prepare for the day? What kind of topics the group exercise are on, what kind of questions are asked in the interview section etc.

Hi, I have just submitted my application for a TC at Irwin Mitchell, I was wondering how long it took to hear whether you were successful at the application form stage? Thanks,
