Why have you not got student accounts set up with over drafts for this sorta stuff, I've done the Maths and after the 17th I'm going to have £38 to live on nice money has gone in and rent has come out... A student account is going to be vital unless your parents can sort you out... In which case if they can, why are you worrying about rent going out a week before your money goes in lol

I'm sure most do have student accounts, but we have to pay £500+ deposits before financial aid comes through, and you have to remember that some people still need to buy other stuff that will be vital to their course. For me, a student account won't be vital since i'll have £80 a week to live off, so you have to bear in mind that different people are in different situations.

It's just every site ive seen about going to uni states that you will need a student over draft

What hall are you in? Pilgrim or Radnor?

Flats 1 and 2 are in the ground floor,
Flats 3 and 4 are on the first floor,
Flats 5 and 6 are on the second floor
Flats 7 and 8 are on the third floor.

I lived in Pilgrim hall in flat 3 onn the first floor and I can tell you that they are no different to any other level! :biggrin:

they are all exactly the same.

It says on the accommodation site "check in cmplete" which means "The agreement period has commenced and you have taken the key." i haven't taken no key lol but ive payed the first installment.
