I've decided not to do languages anymore for reasons I can't go into.

Why not give them a wee phone?
There are plenty of contact numbers on their website - I'm sure they're willing to help and give information to anyone interested in studying there.

I am out of UK and not that good enough at english to take a call with english because i have to take ILET before study at uk

I sent to them mail but their answers was not enough

You can find some information here. At the bottom of the page there are a couple of emails that you can use to contact people who are responsible for the course.
