I thought the One already had amazing battery life? I heard users were reporting 7+ hours screen on time.

It's OK tbf. Though an increase in efficiency is always appreciated.

Hey guys, when do you think Android 5 Key lime pie is coming out. Some say, which is what i'm currently believing, is that it'll be announced in October along with an updated Nexus 4 (or Nexus 5) and an updated Nexus 10 like last year. Another question, what would you want in Key lime pie?

Yeah I'd agree with October alongside the new Nexus phone as being most likely. As for what I want - I'm really not sure. Obviously there's all the backend stuff like better battery management. I'd like them to finally fix scrolling lag once and for all - it is not okay to be using phones with crazy quad core processors but still be lagging on the most simple of functions. Not sure what new features I'd like though - I'm drawing a bit of a blank on what else I really need from a smart phone..

I used to use 3G Watchdog when I had a data plan.

Jellybean has a "Data usage" option natively within settings - I've used that ever since getting my Galaxy S4. There's no need for 3G Watchdog if you use that, though it's still a great little app if you prefer to use that for any reason.

Nevermind Jellybean, it was in ICS, so android has had it for years now, it's good as you can set a limit for warning and a limit for totally killing the data connection.

Ah, thanks for confirming that it's in ICS :yy: I upgraded to an S4 with Jellybean quite soon after the ICS update for my old Desire S finally came out, so couldn't recall.
I've used netcounter for the past month or so while I haven't had landline broadband and it seems the native one is more accurate
What's the chances of the LG Optimus L9 II and Sony Xperia T getting 4.2.2 or KLP?

'Amo led' or 'a mold'?

I think you pronounce it as A-M-O-L-E-D as it is an Acronym for Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode. Other wise I think you can just say it as Ammo Led (or Am Oh Led)

"AMO" L-E-D

I don't think anyone says the LED letters separately. My dad used to work in research concerning OLED and AMOLED displays (when he was doing a PhD in the area) and everyone in that department always called it 'oh-led' and 'am-oh-led' respectively. Found the same pronunciation used by tech websites too.
Ammo lead?

In my department at University (Electronic Engineering), there are plenty of people that say L-E-D. But of course there are others that say it is LED, who cares really lol. Same applies with tech websites too from my experience, some say it and some don't. Just a matter of personal preference.

Fair enough - however I've never ever heard someone saying 'led' when it's just LED on its own - that's always been said 'L-E-D'.

It's pretty obvious that pronouncing acronyms is not what you'd call an exact science
