I really like my manager...

So Iv'e just started a new job... in a bar and I really like my manager. Although im 3 years older than him I thought he was my age or perhaps year or two older. Would you say its inappropriate/big no no to attempt going there? He seems to act strange around me, he stands around chatting quite a bit to all the other staff and isn't as chatty with me, I'm starting to get a complex that he doesn't even like me as a person :confused:

Might get complicated mixing business and pleasure . It may make it awkward for everyone else you work with as well.
