How do you choose your International students?

Hello,

My name is Alejandra Rodriguez and I'm from Mexico. I applied for the American and English Literature, American and English Literature and Creative Writing programs before your winter break.

I know about the entry requirements for the home students (AAB - AAA). From what I gathered on the entry requirements from the course on the website was that I needed to have an overall of 6.5 on my IELTS test. Although I also sent my High School diploma to the Undergraduate Admissions Team because they asked for it.

That stated, my question is; how does my grades 'translate' into your own grading system in order for me to meet the entry requirements the course of my choice established?

Also, I have a doubt I wish you could clarify for me. Does it take longer for an International student to get an offer? Or everyone's process is the same?

Thank you very much,

Alejandra Rodriguez
Hello Alejandra,

Thanks for your message.

We have your application, and the qualifications you have sent in will be assessed by our staff who specialise in qualification conversion. Keep a check on your emails, as you will be notified when the process moves on.

As a result of this process, international students' applications can take longer. If you have any other queries please email [email protected]

So, be patient, keep a check on your emails and good luck!

Thanks,

Jay
