Fair. When I did them in 5x5 I could do 28s for like 6x6+ paused. Could never even get 5 reps of the 30s lol. Now I'm not sure, probably 24s or 26s.
Man I really really need to work on my db pressing.

I have the strongest barbell press of us all but the weakest db press.

Nice. Think I hit 18k during my deadlift session but with deadlift then RDL both for high reps and sets I had over 10k after two exercises.

Yesterday's squat workout was 9960
