Re Rose application to shares in a public company
Hello all, I have two questions. I understand that a constructive trust cannot be formed in an imperfect transfer of shares in a public company -- is this so?
Can re Rose apply to say that a donor has done all he can where the trust property are shares in a public company, or is it only applicable to that of shares in a private company?
