Deadlift medley practise for strongman comp.
100kg Fat Grip deadlift*3, 140kg deadlift*2, 180kg trap bar deadlift*1
Repeat for max reps in 75 seconds.
Tried it yesterday. Got to 12 reps in 60seconds so pulled the fat grip ones again to get to 15 then gave up. Reckon i could get up to 18 in the comp?
It's really weird rushing deadlifts like that tbh. Just got knackered.
Oh and in the comp it's a raised trap bar deadlift(like 18") and i just used high handles.
