Anyone know what the yellow thing is? It turned up at my gym the other week, not seen anyone use it, not seen one before but my gym tends to be pretty good at not having pointless **** so I'm curious

Any "blocked" site is always so badly blocked that googling it's name with proxy will always lead to millions of ways of accessing it.

Deadlift medley practise for strongman comp.

100kg Fat Grip deadlift*3, 140kg deadlift*2, 180kg trap bar deadlift*1

Repeat for max reps in 75 seconds.

Tried it yesterday. Got to 12 reps in 60seconds so pulled the fat grip ones again to get to 15 then gave up. Reckon i could get up to 18 in the comp?

It's really weird rushing deadlifts like that tbh. Just got knackered.

Oh and in the comp it's a raised trap bar deadlift(like 18") and i just used high handles.

Obviously all on something or other.
Djokovic used to be a talent with bad fitness and over a year or so, became one of the fittest on the tour. He credits the sudden improvement with switching to a gluten free diet.

He's got better endurance but he doesn't appear to have got MUCH bigger but then he doesn't need to for his sport.
