Marking Work

I have my final A2 exams coming up in about three weeks, and I am worried, particulularly about politics. My politics teacher has not been in since October 2012 and she was the only one in the college. I have a replacement teacher but he doesn't mark work quickly enough, as well as lying about why he hasn't marked it. This makes it extremely difficult to do past paper questions, as I virtually have nobody to mark them for me, meaning that I am unsure If I am making progress concerning exam technique.
Any advice would be helpful.
