Nice to see you guys have all done well in your ISA`s so well done but for me I failed it , so will be waiting to see my science grades go down. Won`t be looking forward to it..
I got 22`s and 23`s for all three subjects for anyone who wants to know.. :tongue:

That's a shame, I got to retake my biology one, I went by 14 marks :O

23 isnt too bad :smile:

they'll still get you a lot of UMS marks

Depends on whether your teacher gave you any marks where they shouldn't have done.
I guess it could go down, stay the same or even go up by a mark.

I'm kinda worried about chemistry. I got..

Unit 1- 85 but am retaking
Unit 2- 90
Unit 3- felt it went pretty well so hopefully around 92-93

ISA- 39/50.
Is my isa going to let me down and stop me getting an A*??

I got for Biology :
Unit 1 - 82 , but I am retaking
Unit 2 - 84
Unit 3 - I found it OK, maybe I'll get at least 90 - 94 UMS (Hopefully!!)
ISA - 42/50

Around how much would I need in Unit 1 to get an A*?

Last year in chemistry I got 99/100 in Unit 1 and 100/100 in Unit 2 but only 277/300 overall (7 into A* boundary) because the majority of the year had their courseworks marked down fom A*->B when being moderated.

State school btw

p.s. that might not have been AQA, i got 78 UMS in the chem coursework
