IBM Graduate Consultancy CV Help

Hey there everybody,
Last year, I applied to the Finance Management Consultancy Role at IBM using their CV template. I submitted it and also completed the IPAT test afterwards. I later received an email stating that I had passed the benchmark for the IPAT and that my application was being considered.

Unfortunately, I was not offered an interview.

I was hoping if people who have successfully passed the initial application process and have been offered roles at IBM, possibly give their answers or any useful hints and tips.

I understand that asking people for their answers may be too much to ask as it is personal information between the candidate and the employer. But, I am really keen to pursue a career with IBM and any help will be greatly appreciated.
