Asos and Boohoo shoppers

I have never done online shopping for clothes before, and always going to a store to purchase what I want, because I like to try clothes on before I buy them.

However, I really like some of the clothes on both of these sites, so I am wondering from your personal experience, how the sizes work - i.e. if you're normally a size 12, do your purchase this size from these sites, or do you go up or down?

I know sizes vary in different stores, but a rough idea would be great.

Thanks a lot.

I'm a size 10 in most shops, but I need to buy size 12 in Boohoo clothing - I find there trousers/jeans quite tight fitting. I find that Asos is usually true to size though.

There sizes are slightly smaller, so I usually go for size 12 instead for a bit of comfort, but if I want a more fitted look I go for the 10.

Cool, thank you.

Out of interest, have you ever had to return anything to them, and has this process been simple?

I've had a read on the returns section, just in case.

Thank you

Yeah, returns are pretty simple (think they are free as well?)

Sometimes I buy an item in two different sizes, and send back the one that doesn't fit.

Sorry to keep bugging you with questions

I'm looking into the jumpers at boohoo atm, and want to order some.

The sizes given are either S/M (10/12) or M/L (12/14).

I'm usually a size 12, which size do you think I should order?

Because I want a few, not just one, I think I'll order a couple in one size and the others in the other size.

What are your thoughts anyway?
