Postgraduate Questions

Hi,

I have two questions about postgrad life at LSE (applying next year) and wondered if someone could help.

I'm going to be 24 when I apply...what is the average age of postgrads at LSE? Most of my university friends entered postgrad straight from uni (21) so I was wondering. I did my undergrad at LSE but paid little attention to the postgrad side of things!

Also I am going to be applying for Comparative Politics which I realise is very competitive. I went to LSE and I got a low 2.1 (my module grades were 1 first, 4 2.1's and 4 2.2's) but I have got some good work experience so I was wondering if these grades were too low?

Cheers!

Dear Friend
Age doesn't matter.. It is true that many students are 21 or 22. But depends. Economy students are very young because they ''hurry'' to find a job and start their career. But, in some other fields, like Philosophy or History, an MSc needs a really mature thinking. In my MSc (Philosophy) people are around 30..
