C1 Maths Inequalities Help

I don't understand what it means by 'find the set of values of x which satisfy both of the inequalities'

3x-2<x+3

x^2 + 3x > 10

So far I've got that for the second inequality, x>2 and x<-5
and for the second inequality that x < 2.5

But I don't know where to go from here,

thanks

3x-2<x+3

x^2 + 3x > 10

So far I've got that for the second inequality, x>2 OR x<-5
and for the first inequality that x < 2.5

corrected those for you

So which numbers fit BOTH sets of data

So X is greater than 2 and less than 2.5.

Not necessarily.
