I need a new bank account for a 16 year old.
It must have a Visa Debit Card (for use in-store, online etc.), online banking, telephone banking.
Only with one of the following banks:
Lloyds, TSB, Halifax, NatWest or Barclays.

May not be the case for you but I got a Barclays account just for free kaspersky, but it may not interest you
