PSP - Making a WAV file work on a PSP

Hi

I just got a PSP and a memory stick. On my computer I have a WAV file. However when I put this on my PSP memory stick it says there are no videos (therefore it doesn't seem to recognise it).

I know I'm setting the files up in the right way (ie Making a folder called PSP ... Videos ... - I know this because I can get pictures and music on it).

Is there a way for me to get my WAV files from my PC to work on my PSP.

Cheers for your help.

What version of the firmware are you running?

.wav is your standard lossless audio file... not a video file. anyhow, the psp thread has what u need to know

Yeah, firstly as Choad said, .wav is an audio file, not video and secondly you don't create and put them into a video folder, you have to use the 100MNV01 folder under mp_root, and have the mp4 files named as M4V***** (with an * representing any number). Sony have tried to make it as tricky as possible to put movies on.
