Would I be full time or part-time? [repeating year]

Hi guys,

Currently I'm in an awkward situation. I am studying Mathematics and Computer Science at QUB and want to switch to straight Computer Science.
In order to do level 2 modules, I have to have all level 1 Computer Science modules completed. At the end of the year I will have passed two out of six level 1 modules.

I would be coming back next year as a first year student, aiming to complete the four remaining Computer Science modules ie two per semester.

What will student finance's views be on this? Will I only get part time funding even though I'll have to live in Belfast? (I live 2 hours away from QUB)

It seems like it would be easier to just fail the two Computer Science modules.

You can apply for full, theres 3 term boxes just tick the first term (I might be wrong on that bit, apologies if so - however you do just apply as full time when repeating even just a term)
