On a trip to Scotland I found that a lot of Scots are more willing to have a friendly chat with people they don't know. That sort of thing is rare in England. You could say things are more friendly, but I also know some Scots who are huge ********s. My opinion is that English people are much more reserved. Way more reserved.
The English are more likely to stay in their little circles and never socialise with others.
