Why does Aston university no longer have a student card?

Hi,

Have put Aston as my firm and wondering about the fact they are no longer affiliated with the organisation that gives student cards?

Only wondering since hope to be going there this year!

Hey, Aston SU isn't a member of NUS. As far as I'm aware the reason is due to the costs of joining and maintaining membership.

Not to worry though, the Aston student card itself is accepted by most places for student discounts :smile:

Take up for the ANUS card was less than antcipated?

UniDays does the same job as NUS does anyway without the need for an NUS membership. Just a .ac.uk email address will do lol
