Could use some caulk, and paint over.

Hammer some dowel through the hole, cut short at either end. Then a tiny bit of milliput style stuff then fill sand and paint

Block of similar wood cut roughly to size
Put it in the hole and then make a wood filler using sawdust and glue.
Daub it on and sand to a smooth finish.
Paint over it

Fill them and cover them...

Or alternatively don't drill holes in a door you don't really own .

Wall filler or plaster over for a smooth finish and paint over it.

I once kicked a hole in my door and used some plaster stuff to fill the hole then sanded it down and painted it the same colour as the door.

Yeah, just go into any decent DIY shop and ask a guy/girl who looks bored and is in uniform :p:.
