You blantently want a small blackboard.
I work at WHSmiths, smaller stores are unlikely to have any whiteboards, might do if you're lucky. Bigger ones should have them though - try on their website to see what the range is like?

That's cool matchu but a bit expensive - and i'm also looking for something I can go into town and buy rather than order.

You're such a liar, you know whiteboards are teh suck.

Blackboards are old school - even if they do make you grit your teeth and imagine how horrible chewing cotton wool would be.
