Help needed - quite random sorry

Ok I sent an app form for a position working with the national missing persons helpline and i wrote that i had an interest in criminal/forensic psychology, now the woman emailed me back asking what i meant by this. I now realise that the interest doesnt have anything to do with what i was on about apart from maybe escaped convictions who are therefore missing. opps

please help

just say its an interest of yours which you feel demonstrates your ability to pay attention to detail and be sympathetic towards others etc. It doesn't neccessarily need to be relevent just explain what transferable skills you have gained from that interest.
