I studied Scottish Higher level Human Biology (similar to AS Level). My teacher was actually an exam marker and she told me that Human Biology is one of the hardest subjects taught at this level. This is because the level of background knowledge needed to be known before studying for this subject. It is not impossible to achieve a high grade, just slightly harder than let's say Art or English. I achieved a grade C in the exam even though I was convinced I failed so you can still pass!
