Which University for my Girlfriend? Coastal/ Countryside ,Quiet and not to expensive

Okay so next year me and my girlfriend are moving away together and we can't decide on location we want it to be on the Coast or the Countryside, it has to be Quiet/ Peaceful and not to expensive to live.

Any idea on the University?

Aberystwyth - has coast and countryside, and is relatively cheap

Are you both going to university? Or is it just her? Because if it's both then you may already have a limited listed on universities that do both of your courses to a good standard let alone in an area you like.
