Which universities consider UMS scores at AS Level?

I got AAAC for AS, but the three A's have an average UMS percentage of 99%. I feel like I should be applying for universities which take UMS marks into account because they will more likely overlook the C grade, however I'm not sure if any universities apart from Cambridge do this?

So my question is, do any other universities other than Cambridge request your average UMS percentage score from your three best/most relevant subjects?
