Housing Swap - Hawkridge House

Hi! I am in a single room in Hawkridge House, near Kentish Town/Camden. I LOVE the neighborhood/area in general, however I'd like to be a bit closer to central London and have a room with an ensuite bathroom. The flat I'm in now is comprised of 6 individual rooms, and three bathrooms on one floor with a shared kitchen. It's close to the Kentish Town underground, an 8-10 minutes ride to campus, and UCL itself is about a 20 minute walk. It's very reasonable at 132 pounds per week. Room has a great view and is fairly spacious with a sink/mirror.

College is not a 20 minute walk from Hawkridge. It's 2 miles - so to cover that kind of ground in 20 minutes you'd need to be jogging at least slowly. It's 35 walking at least, 40 if you're not a fast walker.

That in mind, to potential swapees: Hawkridge is fairly decent, for postgrads especially. Clean and quiet and in a great area.
