I have a large catered room at ramsay hall, only a few minutes walk from UCL and am looking to swap for a self-catered room close to the uni, can be en-suite or non ensuite

Interested, but is this for 51 weeks? And does the room face the railroad (It will be a nightmare w London trains)

My house is located on the fourth floor, facing south, not facing the railway or the road. The house has plenty of sunshine and is very quiet.
